Collaborating with Icon Custom Builders, the renovation of this 1940’s Buena Vista home brought numerous modern sensibilities without sacrificing character. A small, dark kitchen was reconfigured to gain maximum light with premium storage and a place for everything. The addition of cabinetry in the laundry room allowed the space to double as a butlers pantry while retractable doors disguise the work horses of the space. In the library, a coat closet was reimagined as a bar and now serves as a central space for the family’s gatherings.
